Settings Overview for General > Developer

This is a settings overview for the General > Developer page.

Developer Settings

  1. Advanced settings - You can disable the advanced settings toggle button, and show such settings all time.
  2. Enable admin hints - Enable or disable the admin hint notifications. These are notifications show on the frontend to admins only that help you set up your site.
  3. Enable 404 rescue - Checks for 404 pages for GeoDirectory custom post types, and if a 404 is detected, attempts to redirect to the correct URL.
  4. Enable beta addons - Enable or disable the installation of beta addons. ( Currently, this is used to provide GDv2 addon updates and should not be disabled )
