Set Default Location

1. City (A) - The name of the default location's city.
2. Region (A) - Specifies the location's region.
3. Country (A) - Specifies the country of the default location.
4. City Latitude (A) - Specifies the location in terms of latitude.
5. City Longitude (A) - Specifies the location in terms of longitude.
6. Timezone (A) - Specifies the default location's timezone.
