How to Disable Comments on a Listing?
You can use the default WordPress mechanism to disable or turn off comments on individual post types.
Note that the following steps apply to disabling comments on one listing at a time. If you wish to disable comments entirely on your site, a free plugin such as Disable Comments can do the job.

- On the Add New CPT page, click Screen Options.

- Make sure the Discussion option is selected.

- Now, scroll down on the same page. Locate the Discussion section, and uncheck Allow Comments as well as Allow Trackbacks/Pingbacks.
That's all! You have disabled comments on that particular listing.
