How do I cancel my subscription

If you wish to cancel your GeoDirectory membership and stop the auto-renew payments, please follow the instructions below:

PayPal

PayPal is constantly changing its layout and settings, if you find these instructions outdated just let us know and we will update them.

On a computer or mobile browser:

1. Log in to your account at PayPal.com.
2. Click "Log In" at the top of the page and enter your credentials.
3. Access your settings by clicking the gear icon next to "Log Out" in the upper right corner.
4. Click "Payments."
5. Click "Manage Automatic Payments."
6. Select the subscription you want to cancel from the list on the left side of the page.
7. Click "Cancel" at the top of the subscription information.
8. Confirm the cancellation by selecting "Cancel Automatic Payments."

In the PayPal app:

1. Open your settings by clicking the gear icon at the top of the app.
2. Select "Automatic Payments."
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel from the list of payments.
4. Click "Remove PayPal as your payment method" at the bottom of the page. You can also choose from various contact methods if you prefer to contact the subscription biller directly.
5. Confirm the cancellation by selecting "Remove."

Stripe ( If you paid directly with a card on our site )

1. Visit your account subscriptions page: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/subscriptions/
2. Click the "Cancel" link on the subscription you wish to stop.
