How to set up downgrade to a free package?

As you consider how your users will work with your paid listings, you can consider allow paid listings that expire the automatic downgrade to a free listing.

To set this up, visit your free package configuration and be sure that the free package is not set to recurring. The package can be live for X days, months or year, but should not be recurring. The recurring feature is specifically for packages that use an external gateway for payment, like ,Stripe or Paypal.

Once your package is properly configured as a non-recurring package, then you can proceed to edit your other packages. Inside the Downgrade to field you should now be able to select your free listing package next tom the expire option.
