Settings Overview for Emails > User Emails

This is a settings overview for the Emails > User Emails page.

Use the 'Show Advanced' button in the top right of the settings page to reveal the templates for the emails. The templates will show the default text which you can use as an inspiration for creating your own text. 

Each template has a list of replacement tags that you can use in that email to include specific information for the user.

Pending listing submitted

1. Enable email - Sends an email to user when the submitted listing is under review.
2. Subject (A) - Subject of the email. 
3. Body (A) - Email body text; can be text or HTML.

Listing published

1. Enable email - Sends an email to user when the submitted listing is published.
2. Subject (A) - Subject of the email. 
3. Body (A) - Email body text; can be text or HTML.

Listing owner comment submitted

1. Enable email - Emails the listing owner when a comment is submitted.
2. Subject (A) - Subject of the email. 
3. Body (A) - Email body text; can be text or HTML.

Listing owner comment approved

1. Enable email - Emails the listing owner when a comment is approved.
2. Subject (A) - Subject of the email. 
3. Body (A) - Email body text; can be text or HTML.

Comment author comment approved

1. Enable email - Sends a mail to the comment author when their comment is approved.
2. Subject (A) - Subject of the email. 
3. Body (A) - Email body text; can be text or HTML.
