How does the GeoDirectory Search work

GeoDirectory has its own Search function.

The default GeoDirectory Search

The basic Search function of the GeoDirectory Core plugin has 2 options:

  1. The "Search for" field will check the titles, description and taxonomies (tags and categories) of the listings.
The results will be listed in order of relevance depending on the keyword(s) entered.
  2. The "Near" field will look up the coordinates of the location you enter, and return results based on the search radius you have set at GeoDirectory > Settings > General tab > Search sub-tab > Search near radius.
